Shipping

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU DELIVER TO?

We have a worldwide shipping service. The only exception to that is war zones.

HOW LONG DO ORDERS TAKE TO SHIP?

Usually, shipments arrives in 5–30 business days. Each product may have different production and transit time.

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING COSTS?

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $50. Shipping cost for orders under $50 is flat $5 for all countries.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

We have production lines in United States, United Kingdom, China. We choose production origin depending on your location and raw supplies availability. That won't effect quality or transit times.

Orders

I ORDERED MULTIPLE PRODUCTS & RECEIVED ONE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Not to worry, if you ordered more than one product, you may get multiple shipments, as we ship items once produced to save you some time.

I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER, WHAT SHALL I DO?

Please contact us and provide a photograph that indicates a problem. We will send you another one or send you a refund if you wish.

DO YOU ALLOW RETURNS OR REFUNDS?

Yes, you can return any product for any reason within 15 days, no questions asked.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DELIVERED LATE?

You're entitled to a store credit if your order is delivered beyond the promised date, or you can get a refund if you prefer. Please contact us so we can help.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE INCORRECT QUANTITY?

We aim to be within 3 percent of your requested order amount. It's more likely there will be extra units in your shipment. But, if your order is short, contact us and you will be entitled to a store credit.

Payments

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Express Payments: Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

I CAN'T COMPLETE A LARGE TRANSACTION. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Sometimes Paypal and credit cards companies won't complete your large transaction due to their system limits. In such cases, please contact us to complete your payment via other methods.
